Throughout her career Anne-Marie has worked in the mountains, the city, in global companies, small start-ups, and non-profit organizations. No matter the role, location or industry, she is passionate about cultivating spaces where employees are not only encouraged to bring their whole, authentic selves to work, but are celebrated for the unique and creative perspectives they contribute.

Anne-Marie brings 15 years of leadership in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to ID as the Director of People Operations. In this role, she optimizes strategies and programs that connect people to purpose and impact. Partnering closely with leadership, she works to elevate the candidate and employee experience by continuously strengthening ID’s culture, developing meaningful career paths, and attracting amazing new talent to the growing team.
