From managing her personal routine, to her kids’ schedules, to her work at ID, project management runs in Jess’s DNA. Drawing from her prior agency experience in both project and operations management, she’s laser focused on equipping her team with the tools they need to help their clients achieve measurable, sustainable revenue growth.

Originally hailing from Central New York, Jess spent her childhood bouncing around the country and spent four glorious post-grad years living and traveling abroad, during which time she earned her master’s degree in communications with a specialization in marketing & new media. When she’s not leveraging her experience as a project management guru, Jess can be found with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other, whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen, or planning her next adventure abroad.
