Ian W.

Ian W. is an experienced electronics professional with a comprehensive background in electrical and electronic engineering, specializing in diverse sectors including medical technologies, hydrogen fuel cells, and communications systems. Currently serving as Electronics Manager and Project E&E Lead at Intelligent Energy since July 2020, Ian previously held key roles at Creavo Medical Technologies Ltd and Quantum Imaging, where expertise in BS EN60601 and ISO13485 standards, Altium design tools, and system design were demonstrated. Ian has also contributed to projects at GE, Ericsson, Marconi PLC, Advantica, BG Group, and Ferranti Thomson Sonar Systems, consistently focusing on advanced electronic design and development. Ian holds a BEng(Hons) degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Lancaster University.
