Gayle Reid

Gayle Reid has a diverse work experience in various software engineering and management roles. In 2006, they worked as a Programmer at Outerlight. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Software Developer at DEM Solutions. At Neverfail Group, they worked as a Software Developer from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Gayle joined Simple Audio Ltd as a Software Engineer, mainly focusing on GUI programming for the company's desktop controller application. Gayle used C++ and Qt for this role.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Bose Corporation as a Software Engineer.

In 2018, Gayle joined Leidos as a Project Manager and Project Manager Scrum Master. Gayle held these roles until 2018.

From 2019, they worked at HubSolv Limited as a Programme Manager until the end of the year.

Gayle then moved on to Sopra Steria in 2019 as a Scrum Master.

Most recently, Gayle joined IGS Limited in 2019, where they served as a Team Lead/Scrum Master until January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of User Applications at IGS Limited.

Gayle Reid attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 2003 to 2007. Gayle obtained a BSc degree in Games Software Development, specializing in the field of Games Software Development. In addition to their formal education, Gayle obtained several certifications. Gayle completed the PRINCE2 certification from PeopleCert in December 2018, followed by the Scrum master certification from The Knowledge Academy in April 2018. Lastly, in December 2018, they obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
