Richard Dunbar

Richard Dunbar has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Richard most recently worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at IGS Limited starting in February 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Design Engineer at Baker Hughes from April 2019 to September 2020. Richard also worked at GE Oil & Gas as an Operations Engineer from June 2012 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, they held roles at FMC Technologies, including Field Support Engineer from January 2006 to May 2012 and Design Engineer from June 2010 to February 2011. Richard also worked as a Systems Engineer at FMC Kongsberg Subsea from February 2008 to December 2008.

Richard Dunbar attended The University of Edinburgh from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Richard then pursued further education at the same university from 2003 to 2004 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrochemical Machining.
