Hamid Soleimaninejad is an experienced Application Scientist at Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i) since July 2022. Previously, Hamid served as a Platform Applications Specialist at the University of Melbourne from August 2018 to July 2022, contributing to the Biological Optical Microscopy Platform (BOMP) which provided advanced fluorescence microscopy equipment to the university and the broader community. Prior research roles include Research Assistant positions at the Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication and the ARC Centre of Excellence in Exciton Science in mid-2018, where work involved cleanroom techniques and various microscopy techniques. Hamid completed a Ph.D. at the University of Melbourne (2014-2018) focusing on time-resolved fluorescence studies, holds a Master’s degree in Photonics from Shahid Beheshti University (2010-2013), and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Isfahan University of Technology (2005-2009).
