Leigh B Poisson, CAPM

Leigh B Poisson, CAPM, has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to present. They started their career as a Corporate Travel Consultant at Travizon and later became the Corporate Travel Ops Manager, successfully merging two departments into one functional department while expanding the team. They also served as an integral member of the Help Desk team providing nationwide support.

In 2016, Leigh joined Corporate Travel Management US as the Group Air Operations Manager, where they were responsible for daily operational and talent matters, including client implementations.

From 2017 to 2020, Leigh worked at Event Travel Management NA as the Director of Operations in ETM Group Air. In this role, they provided leadership and direction to the operations and supervised the team. They successfully implemented new business and maintained client services throughout the customer relationship. Later, they transitioned to the role of Global Accounts and Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding, business reviews, account analysis, and maintenance. Their focus was on customer retention through client engagement, account development, and business assessments.

Currently, Leigh is an Account Manager at Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions (IMS), starting in 2022.

Leigh B Poisson earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Geography from Keene State College, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained additional certifications including a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in June 2020 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2020.
