Ralph Cassara

IPS Fellow, Msee, Mba, PMP at Intelligent Product Solutions

Ralph Cassara has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Ralph started their career as an Embedded Software Engineer at TREX Medical Corporation in 1998. After that, they worked as an R&D Design Engineer at Global Payment Technologies from 1996 to 2002, where they earned recognition for their high performance.

In 2002, they joined BAE Systems and held several positions, including Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager. Ralph led technical projects in the IFF/CID Engineering Department and achieved the BAE Systems Bronze Chairman's Award and the BAE Systems Impact Award for their contribution to the development of a fratricide prevention technology using Reverse Mode 5 IFF. Ralph also earned nominations for the Chairman's Award for Innovation and Implementation Bronze Award for their innovative work on CXP Mode 5 IFF programs.

Since 2011, Ralph has been working at Intelligent Product Solutions, starting as a Principal Electrical Engineer and progressing to Director and then Senior Director. Ralph holds an MSEE, MBA, and PMP certifications.

Ralph Cassara completed their education at Stony Brook University. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. After that, they pursued further studies and completed a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering in 2001. Later on, they enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at Stony Brook University and completed it in 2008. Additionally, Ralph Cassara obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in September 2009.
