Olga M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Olga started working at Too Cool Resort Wear in 2017 as an Office Administrator, where they managed office operations, answered calls, and maintained filing and database systems. In 2019, they joined Healthy Eyes Services as an Optician, handling accurate data entry, insurance billing, and optical sales. Currently, Olga is employed at ISS - Intelligent Security Systems as an Inside Sales Support and Office Administrative Assistant. Olga provides direct assistance to the CEO and Office Manager, supports board members, and assists the North America RSMs and Marketing Manager.

Olga M. obtained their High School Diploma from Perth Amboy High School, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they became a Notary Public, certified by Middlesex County, NJ - County Government. In March 2023, they completed the "Business Foundations" certification program offered by Wharton Online. Olga also completed the "E-Marketing" certification program provided by the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education through Coursera in the same month. Furthermore, Olga M. obtained the "Content Marketing" certification from the University of California, Davis in April 2023.
