Marqus Hutchinson

As the CTO, Marqus Hutchinson has responsibility for establishing the Intelligent Waves’ technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development to include IT Department, Training, R&D, T&E, and VAR activities. Marqus brings over twenty years of experience in Technical Integration, Network Architecting, Data Center Design, Security, Telecommunications Operations, Mobility, and Daily IT Infrastructure Sustainment on an assortment of DOD and DOJ Programs.

Additionally, Marqus has served as the Program Manager, Chief Architecture Engineer, and Technical Solutions Architect for DOD and DOJ programs all over the world including such countries as Iraq and Afghanistan.

Bachelor of Science, Information Technology/Network Management, Western Governors University Associate of Science, Network Support Services, Florida State College of Jacksonville
