Andreea Cretu has a diverse work experience. Andreea started their career at Conduent in 2017 as a Learning Administrator, where they provided administrative and operational support to the client team, analyzed data, and performed reconciliation of reports. Andreea then transitioned to the role of Vendor Management Administrator, where they processed vendor invoices, assisted with client invoicing and reporting, and conducted data analysis.

In 2019, Andreea joined IntelligentBee as a Technical Support Engineer. Andreea initially served as a Technical Support Engineer L1, handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting. Andreea later advanced to the position of Technical Support Engineer L2, where they worked closely with customer success managers, acted as an escalation point for L1 team members, and resolved customer issues through various communication channels. Andreea also filed bug reports and utilized API documentation to troubleshoot customer issues.

Throughout their career, Andreea demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Andreea Cretu completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2013 to 2016. Andreea then pursued a Master's degree in Applied fluid mechanics at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2018 to 2020, and is expected to graduate.
