Rocky Glines

Rocky Glines has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2004, Rocky worked as a Marketing Assistant and later as a Marketing Manager at Aztec Shops Ltd., where they coordinated promotional campaigns, directed the graphic design team, and analyzed advertising performance. In 2010, Rocky joined Trunk Club as an Operations Manager, where they scaled the operations workforce and oversaw multiple retail locations. Rocky then became the Director of Clubhouse Operations, responsible for managing club operations, implementing customer experience standards, and coordinating supply management. In 2020, Rocky worked at Nordstrom as a Sr. Technical Program Manager, and in 2021, joined Intelligentsia Coffee Inc. as a People and Culture Manager.

Rocky Glines obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Integrated Marketing Communications) from San Diego State University-California State University. Additionally, Rocky has earned certifications in "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in April 2021 and "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn in October 2019.
