Lotem Shaked has been working in the professional world since 2012. In that time, they have held a variety of roles in different companies. They began as an Executive Producer & Production Manager & Production Coordinator and Script Supervisor & Assistant Director for Self Employed Productions. In 2015, they took on the role of Corporate Promotional Event Producer for The Station, Corporate Event Producer for Promarket, and Producer & Office Manager for Hafakot Totseret HaAretz. In 2016, they became an Executive Digital Media and Marketing Producer for Intervisia Productions. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Office and Employee Experience Manager for Intelligo.

Lotem Shaked obtained a Bachelor's degree from The College of Management Academic Studies. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Studio 6B to study Design and Interior design. In the same year, they also attended Etgar College to study Entrepreneurship. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Collage of managment and obtained a B.A. in Communications and Management with a focus on Media and journalism.
