Dannica Songcuan

Dannica Songcuan is an experienced professional in the fields of employee experience, development, and human resources. Currently serving as an Employee Experience & Development Partner and previously holding roles such as People & Culture Business Partner and People & Culture Advisor at Intellihub Group since February 2022, Dannica has a strong background in organizational development. Prior experience includes positions as COVID Liaison Officer and Laboratory Technician at Dorevitch Pathology, and People & Culture Officer at DPV Health. Dannica's foundational experience was gained at Neami National, where roles included People Services Consultant and Operational Support Officer from 2014 to 2021. In terms of education, Dannica is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Organisational Development from UNSW and holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University.
