Dona Cook

Dona Cook has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Dona began their career in 2008 at Primatek, where they worked as a Sales Support member for almost six years. In 2013, they joined DKSH, taking on the role of an Executive Sales Representative until 2015, when they transitioned to becoming a Local Business Development specialist until 2018. Later, in 2018, they joined DVS Teknologi as a Business Development Specialist, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Dona Cook is working at IntelliMagic as a Sales Operations Coordinator and Senior Administration Assistant, having joined the company in 2023.

Dona Cook has a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from the LSPR Communication and Business Institute, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Studies from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi dan Sekretari Tarakanita (STARKI) between 2001 and 2004. In addition, Dona Cook obtained a Level 2 Certificate in Public Relations from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualification from EDI United Kingdom in November 2013. Dona also obtained a Level 1 Award in Customer Service from The City and Guilds of London Institute in January 2013. In 2004, Dona Cook completed the ISO Certification 9000:2000 Awareness and Understanding Training, although the institution from which they obtained the certification is unknown.
