Eleonora Castellazzi Chartered MCIPD has extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Eleonora began their career in 1998 as a Business Development and Sales Executive at Secondo Centro. In 2003, they took on the role of Administrator at Locanda Castagnola. In 2004, Eleonora became an Employment Development Consultant and Centre Manager at Seetec. Eleonora held this role until 2011 when they began working as a Sales Consultant at ZUMO MEDIA UK LTD and BIQ Group. In 2011, Eleonora also began working at Booking.com as an Account Manager, Content Editor, and Customer Service Agent. Eleonora was responsible for area coverage in the UK, sourcing and contacting leads, building relationships with new and existing partners, and training hotel staff. In 2015, Eleonora took on the role of Resourcing Specialist at Encocam Limited. In 2019, they began working at Healthera as a Talent & HR Manager and at IntelliSense.io as a Head People Partner and People Partner.

Eleonora Castellazzi Chartered MCIPD obtained a Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from IULM University between 1998 and 2002. In 2008, they obtained a NEBOSH General Certificate from the Health and Safety Authority. In 2009, they obtained an Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector from City and Guilds. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma Level 3 in Human Resources Practice from CIPD. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma Level 5 in Human Resources Management from CIPD. In 2019, they obtained a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from CIPD. Eleonora also has a Lean Organisation Management Techniques certification.
