Larry White has been working in the customer service and customer success space since 1997. Larry began their career with UniGroup, Inc. as a Communication Network Specialist and then as a Planner. In 2003, they moved to Qualcomm as a Field Customer Support Specialist/Account Manager. In 2007, they returned to DriverTech in the roles of Experienced Field Customer Support/Account Mgr./Transportation Professional and Account Manager/Customer Service Representative. In 2012, they joined Rand McNally as a Field Customer Support, responsible for integrating new customers into the Rand McNally ELD solution, customer retention and loyalty, and the main point of contact for 40+ customers throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast. In 2015, they moved to SmartDrive Systems as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they returned to DriverTech as the Director of Customer Success. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Netradyne as a Sr. Customer Success Manager, and in 2022 they joined IntelliShift as the Customer Success Director.
Larry White's education history includes graduating from Missouri State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising. Larry also attended Eureka High School from 1986 to 1989.
