Lee Pappas

IntelliShift Experience Group - Department Head at Intellishift

Lee Pappas has extensive experience in managing customer service and operations for various companies in the telecommunications and technology sector. Most recently, they served as the Department Head for IntelliShift. Prior to that, they held various managerial positions at Granicus, IQM2, Altice USA, Virgin Atlantic and Realogy where they led and mentored customer service and call center staff, designed and implemented training programs, managed workflow and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Lee'sachievements include creating the white glove support initiative, introducing Smart Forms and scripting procedures, and designing highly effective training initiatives.

Lee Pappas attended Dowling College from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education during that time.
