With a strong background in strategic sourcing, Akshara has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and built high-performing technology teams exceeding 250 members. In addition to expertise in talent acquisition, Akshara is skilled in software development, specifically in quantitative trading, with proficiency in Python, C, and data science, having developed and deployed numerous data-driven trading systems.
