Megan Frenzel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked at Pike Promotions as a Product Manager until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they joined AFGE, where they executed campaign strategies and implemented platform initiatives for public/government election cycles. In 2012, Megan joined IntelliSource as a Back Office Operations employee for two years before transitioning to Corporate HR Manager from 2014 to 2017. Megan then served as the Director of Corporate Support & HR, focusing on developing an efficient and cross-functional HR function. Finally, Megan held the position of Director of Business Operations, overseeing key accounts and optimizing processes for all operations teams.
Megan Frenzel's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Denver, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. In 2017, they completed a Preparatory Certificate in SPHR/PHR from Colorado State University.
