Syamlal Chanduruthil

Syamlal Chanduruthil is Intelliswift’s Vice President for People Strategy, Operations, and Transformation. He is responsible for the effectiveness of people functions and for designing and implementing programs for maturing and scaling the same, in line with organizational growth and market dynamics.He is a versatile leader with over 25 years of cross-functional experience covering Delivery, P&L management, HR, and Enterprise initiatives in the IT services industry. Prior to this, he worked with ITC Infotech, UST Global, Infosys, and Tata Motors. He has managed big delivery and vertical portfolios covering Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, and Healthcare verticals. Syam has also led enterprise programs in career framework, talent supply chain, delivery health framework, and work-from-anywhere workplace transformation.He is a certified CSQA, APICS, and PMP. He has done his BTech Mechanical from NIT Calicut and Executive PGDM from IIM Calicut.
