Bruce Gomes

Bruce Gomes has had a varied work history. In 2009, they were a Stock/IMT for Nordstrom. The following year, they were an Operations Assistant for Guitar Center. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Decorative Concrete Finisher for Signature Stamped Concrete. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Technical Assist I for Washington State University Spokane's ITS, Tech Support Center. During this time, they also worked as a Junior Developer Intern for the university's Biomedical Sciences department. From 2018 to 2021, they were an iOS/Mac App Developer for HarperCollins Christian Publishing. Currently, they are a Software Engineer for IntelliTect.

Bruce Gomes obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from Spokane Falls Community College in 2014. Bruce then attended Eastern Washington University from 2014 to 2018 and earned a BS in Computer Science Major with a focus on Computer Programming and Specific Applications. In November 2021, they received a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp, and in June 2022, they became a GitKraken Ambassador from GitKraken.
