Regina Rice Williams

Regina Rice Williams, MA. HRM, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at IntelliTrans since September 2019, after a lengthy tenure at Winrock International from April 2004 to September 2019, where roles included Human Resource Business Partner and Sr. HR Advisor. As a strategic partner, Regina provided support to various technical and program departments with over 200 staff members, handling employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management. Regina's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arkansas Tech University.
