Role Summary

The Change and Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies that drive organizational transformation and enhance overall business performance. This role involves developing and executing plans to manage change initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Change and Organizational Development Manager will collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to align organizational goals with culture, employee engagement, internal communications, and team member development.

Responsibilities

Change Management & Internal Communication Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that focus on increasing adoption, enhancing employee satisfaction, improving performance, and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Lead internal employee communication strategy and platforms, town halls, and related efforts.
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives on employees and business processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of change management plans, including communication, relevant training, and support activities.
  • Develop and implement OD strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Organizational Development

  • Diagnose organizational challenges and design interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance team dynamics, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement organizational structures, processes, and systems that support strategic objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans based on findings.
  • Partner with leadership and HR Partners to assess organizational needs and recommend solutions.
  • Drive initiatives that support the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather feedback and ensure buy-in.

Training & Development

  • Identify corporate training needs related to change initiatives and organizational development.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support employee development and change adoption.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders.

Measurement & Evaluation

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the impact of change initiatives and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a high growth organizational environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful OD initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive alignment across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of OD tools and methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications in change management, organizational development, or related fields are a plus.
