Role Summary

As a Recovery Cycle Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing a team of individuals and monitoring the recovery performance goals by leading, motivating, and driving the Recovery Team. The role is an opportunity to develop and grow a newly created team mixed with seasoned and new employees with both established and new responsibilities, while assisting in the implementation of the department’s strategic roadmap.

  

This role is being considered for both remote or in-office in St. Louis, MO. 

  • Cultivate team culture that encourages teamwork, morale, and performance
  • Manage day-to-day performance and output of 10 to 15 direct reports
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to define strategic roadmap and execute on initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain auditing and training solutions
  • Investigate assigned files to identify the presence of subrogation or right of recovery potential
  • Applying proper maintenance and file handling procedures in accordance with Operations, Compliance and Quality Control standards
  • Designing and implementing corrective action plans

  • BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees is required.
