Irelynne Estevez-Waller

Irelynne Estevez-Waller serves as the Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Walker & Dunlop, where responsibilities include designing and implementing DE&I strategies aligned with corporate ESG programming and long-term objectives. With a strong passion for social impact, Irelynne excels in collaboration and education across organizational leadership. Previously, Irelynne held roles at Hobsons as the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion and as a Senior Learning and Development/Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, overseeing company-wide DEI strategies and employee development solutions. Additional experience includes various positions at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and Northern Kentucky University, where Irelynne developed expertise in recruitment, training, and client solutions. Irelynne holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Studies from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio University.
