Geri Morgan

Geri Morgan has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles. Geri is currently the Chief People Officer at Intellum since December 2022. Prior to this, Geri served as the Chief Experience Officer at SentriLock from May 2014 to December 2022, where they focused on strategic leadership for human resources and customer support areas. At Triplefin, where they worked from May 2008 to May 2014, Geri held the position of Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations, training and development, and organizational change management. Geri also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as a Human Resource Manager and Store Manager at The Kroger Company from October 2005 to May 2008. Early in their career, Geri served as a Misdemeanor Mediator at Butler County Juvenile Court from June 2002 to January 2005. Overall, Geri Morgan has a proven track record of driving employee and customer retention and engagement through their leadership and expertise in HR management.

Geri Morgan earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Geri then pursued a Master's degree in HR Management, which they obtained from the same institution from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Geri Morgan also holds two certifications in the field of HR. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Geri also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
