Dr. Rey Fremista

Senior Director For Process Engineering at InteLogix

Dr. Rey Fremista has extensive work experience in various roles related to process engineering, quality management, and leadership development. Dr. Rey is currently serving as the Senior Director for Process Engineering at InteLogix since October 2023. Prior to this, they held positions as an Associate Academician at the International Academy for Quality, a Professorial Lecturer on Quality at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and as the President of the Philippine Society for Quality, Inc. (PSQ). Dr. Fremista also founded MindGrit and served as the President of the PSQ Foundation. Dr. Rey has also contributed to the field as an Honorary Quality Council Member at the Singapore Institute of Multidisciplinary Professions. Additionally, they have held roles in leadership development and process excellence at Full Potential Solutions and Genpact, respectively. Throughout their career, Dr. Fremista has demonstrated a commitment to quality and excellence.

Dr. Rey Fremista has a diverse education history. Dr. Rey obtained a Post Doctoral in Quality from Centro Escolar University from 2021 to 2024. In 2019, they attended Ateneo de Manila University for a Digital Transformation Executive Class. Prior to this, they pursued a Business Analytics/Intelligence Professional Certification from the University of the Philippines from 2017 to 2018. Dr. Rey also earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional Certification from the University of the Philippines from 2016 to 2018. Dr. Fremista holds a Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Business Administration from the same university from 2009 to 2012. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology, which they earned from Bicol University from 2004 to 2008.
