Mario Baddour has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles. Mario currently holds the positions of President & CEO at both InteLogix and GC Services, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at CCC by STC, a prominent CX management company in the MENA region, from January 2020 to July 2022. Mario'sprevious experience includes serving as the Global Chief Operating Officer at STARTEK from January 2012 to June 2022, where they led a world-class leadership team and successfully implemented the "Call Center Without Wall" strategy. Before that, they worked as a Director of Client Relationship Management at TELUS International from 2010 to 2012. Mario also has a strong background in call center operations as the Global Director of Account Operations at Sitel from 2004 to 2010, managing a $120M P&L and overseeing multiple site locations. Mario'scareer began at HP in 1999, where they excelled as a Vendor/Supplier Manager, ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Supplier Operations Center.
Mario Baddour has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Australian Institute of Business. Mario also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Marketplace from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Mario obtained a Certificate in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. In terms of engineering and technology, Mario attended the University of Guelph-Humber from 2000 to 2003. Mario also studied Architectural Engineering at Ecole D'architecture ALBA - Université de Balamand from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Mario has a Private Pilot License - PPL obtained from BFC Pilot Training, where they focused on Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Mario also completed the COVID-19 Contact Tracing certification from Johns Hopkins University in 2020.
