Peter Formisano

Peter Formisano has extensive work experience in executive leadership roles. Peter currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at InteLogix since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the President at ADEC Innovations from September 2022 to December 2023. From October 2019 to September 2022, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Safety Services Company. Before that, they held executive positions such as the Chief Executive Officer at Percepta from September 2015 to October 2019. Peter also served as the CEO and member of the Board of Directors at Strategic Fundraising from September 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they worked as Vice President & General Manager at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from August 2011 to September 2014 and as Senior Vice President at CGS from April 2008 to August 2011. Peter has also held leadership positions at SITEL Worldwide Corporation, Convergys Corporation, and Prodigy.

Peter Formisano received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Iona University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
