Fennah T Todi

Fennah T Todi is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Training Development at INTELS Nigeria Limited since June 2016. In this role, Fennah is responsible for strategizing and implementing training plans, engaging external trainers, and managing the annual training calendar while continuously improving program quality through evaluation analysis. Previously, Fennah worked as an Industrial Training Coordinator, overseeing the training scope for industrial trainees, and as a Training Support Assistant at Orlean Invest West Africa, where document preparation and scheduling training sessions were key responsibilities. Fennah began the professional journey as an Internship Trainee at the National Human Rights Commission in Nigeria. Fennah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri and a Master of Science (MSc) in Global Development and International Law from Coventry University.
