Kelly Tobin

Kelly Tobin is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in global recruitment and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Intelsat since June 2016, Kelly leads global talent acquisition efforts. Previously, as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Engility Corporation, Kelly managed a service-oriented team, effectively recruiting for U.S. government contracts. Experience also includes roles at XLA, where expertise was gained in sourcing talent for international development, and positions in business development and research within various organizations. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and International Affairs from UMass Boston. Additionally, Kelly has pursued interests in teaching yoga and English, demonstrating a commitment to education and wellness.
