Leonard Trautner

Leonard Trautner is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the satellite communications industry. Currently serving as Principal Satellite Engineer at Intelsat since July 2010, Leonard focuses on monitoring and controlling satellite systems while ensuring the timely execution of critical tasks. Prior to this role, Leonard held the position of Principal RF Engineer at SiriusXM Satellite Radio, where responsibilities included designing ground station links and analyzing system performance. Leonard's career also includes managerial and engineering roles at PanAmSat, ISI/Mars, Hughes Communications, and Hughes Aircraft Company, along with military service in the U.S. Air Force.
