Zachary Fritch

Zachary Fritch, CCP, currently serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Intelsat since December 2021. Previously, Zachary worked at Deloitte from April 2017 to December 2021 as a GPS Human Capital Compensation Strategies Senior Consultant, where expertise in compensation consulting was provided to public sector clients, including salary survey submissions and job architecture. Before that, Zachary held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at OpenText from December 2012 to March 2017, supporting global compensation programs for a major enterprise software company. Zachary's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at AllSouth Federal Credit Union from May 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities included job screening and onboarding. Zachary earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focusing on Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
