Anna Kartseva is currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Operations and Quality at IntelyCare since March 2017. Prior to this, Anna gained experience in coordinating and HR assistance at All At Home Health Care from October 2015 to March 2017. Anna effectively managed time sheets, created scheduling strategies, communicated caregiver instructions, and implemented tracking systems to improve operations. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Information Science (Economics) from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
