Elio Lako

Elio Lako has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Elio started their career at Procodev in 2017 as an Android Developer. In 2018, they joined Landmark Technologies Tirana, where they worked as a React Native/Android Developer, responsible for developing applications and improving performance. In 2019, Elio worked at Barrister Global Services Network as a Mobile Developer, specializing in building UIs and integrating native APIs. Elio then joined IntelyCare, initially as a Senior Android Engineer, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement new features. Recently, they assumed the role of Software Development Manager at IntelyCare, leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers. Elio's experience spans across different roles, technologies, and industries, demonstrating their adaptability and expertise in software development.

Elio Lako completed their Master of Business Informatics (MBI) degree at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Tirana from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software from the University of Tirana, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Elio's secondary education was completed at Ismail Qemali High School from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including "How to Train Your Brain for Maximum Growth," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "How to Give Negative Feedback to Senior Colleagues," and "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn, acquired in various months of 2022.
