Ermal Asllanaj

Ermal Asllanaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ermal started their career in 2009 as a Software Developer at Helius Systems, where they were responsible for creating new functionality and maintaining software applications. Ermal then moved on to work as a Specialist of Informatic at IMB - Instituti i Modelimeve në Biznes, where they created and customized modules and functionalities for the Alpha Platinum Soft.

In 2013, Ermal joined BKT - Banka Kombetare Tregtare as a FinTech - Senior Specialist, specifically working on Core Banking Applications such as Cards, ATM/POS Interface, RT, and Switch. Ermal was responsible for Oracle PL/SQL development in the Core Banking Department.

After that, Ermal worked as a Software Developer at ASAServiceGroup, where they created new modules and functionality for the Pharma Soft, as well as developed and maintained web pages. Ermal then joined JAKALA as a Java Developer, where they wrote high-quality source code for existing or completed applications and designed prototypes according to specifications.

In 2021, Ermal became a Tech Leader at e-Goals, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exploring new business development opportunities. Currently, they are working as a Senior Backend Engineer at IntelyCare, implementing changes based on product specifications, improving backend service stability and performance, assisting other engineers in bug fixing and feature development, and enhancing system visibility.

Ermal Asllanaj completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Tirana from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2011 to 2014.
