John Chieffalo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John began their career as a Senior Business Development Manager at CEI, where they worked from 1997 to 2001. John then joined Modis as a Senior Business Development Manager, specializing in IT staffing services, from 2002 to 2003.

After that, John worked at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business as a Senior Healthcare Solutions Manager. John focused on helping healthcare practitioners track regulatory affairs and legislative data. During their time there, they were promoted to Enterprise Software Solutions, where they provided healthcare organizations with an ERM workflow solution.

Next, John joined Digital Response Marketing Group as a Consultant. John helped F500 and SMB stakeholders with digital marketing strategies focused on building brand awareness and driving sales.

In 2013, John joined Spok (formerly Amcom Software) as a Regional Sales Director. John helped hospitals improve patient safety and workflow efficiencies through a fully integrated clinical communications platform.

In 2016, John took a career break to focus on personal healthcare-related matters.

John focuses on disrupting the traditional nurse staffing-agency model by leveraging mobile and machine learning technologies for post-acute care facilities. Nurses have more control over their schedules, and facilities can quickly fill scheduling gaps with highly qualified local nurses.

John Chieffalo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Psychology from Point Park University.
