Phillip Fleischer

Phillip Fleischer has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Phillip currently serves as a Software Architect at IntelyCare since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Virgin Pulse from 2015 to 2022, holding the position of Director of Architecture. In this role, they led multiple full-stack teams and was responsible for various projects, including feature development, application platforms, and identity access management.

Before joining Virgin Pulse, Phillip worked at VMware (DynamicOps - acquired July 2012) from 2010 to 2015 as a Staff Engineer. Here, they served as a lead solution and R&D architect, designing and implementing highly available solutions for cloud management software. Phillip also contributed to the agile full stack development of R&D vRealize product features.

From 2008 to 2010, Phillip Fleischer worked at MetraTech (now part of Ericsson) as a Solution Architect. In this role, they acted as a technical consultant engineer for enterprise billing software, overseeing global production customer implementations and leading upgrade efforts for top clients.

Prior to their role at MetraTech, Phillip served as a Customer Integration Developer at W.B. Mason Co. from 2006 to 2008. Here, they directed and implemented customer integration projects using SQL, VB.NET, C#, and Excel. Phillip also managed project stakeholders, milestones, resources, and communications.

Phillip's career began at Bridgeport National Bindery, Inc., where they worked as a Developer from 2002 to 2006. In this role, they designed, developed, and maintained software applications for B2B order entry systems, content management, manufacturing control, shipping systems, invoicing, and reporting. Phillip utilized tools such as Microsoft C#, VB.NET, WCF, and Microsoft SQL Server, and implemented interfaces to printing and raster image processing engines.
