Charles Harolds MSN-RN MBA is an experienced healthcare leader in psychiatric and behavioral health services. Currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Intensive Specialty Hospital since June 2024, Charles previously held similar leadership positions at Wise Health System and Scenic Mountain Medical Center. With a career progression that includes roles as Director of Psychiatric Services and Director of Psychiatric Nursing, Charles has cultivated expertise in nursing administration and healthcare management. Charles holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Administration and an MBA, both earned from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University.
