Jen Walsh

Jen Walsh currently serves as the Lead Product Designer for Care Team Experience at Mayo Clinic, starting in September 2024. Prior to this, Jen held the position of VP of Product at Medplace from December 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing product management, strategic planning, and UX research. As the Sr. Director of Design and Research at Tallwave from January 2017 to October 2021, Jen managed a team of 15+ and maintained multiple product design contracts. Early career roles included Director of Design at Ethology, Senior UX Designer at 29th Drive, and Quality and Usability Lead at LaneTerralever, as well as various leadership roles across project management and UX design, contributing to successful client engagements for notable companies such as Microsoft and Red Bull.
