Erik Rees is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit and church sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of the Jessie Rees Foundation, which honors the legacy of their daughter Jessie by supporting children with cancer. Since founding Joy To Kids Global in January 2018, Erik has dedicated efforts to foster joy and hope among children. As a member of the Board of Directors for Intentional Churches since August 2020, Erik contributes to the growth and development of church communities. Previously, Erik served as a Pastor, Author, Trainer, and Volunteer at Saddleback Church for nearly 20 years, where significant contributions led to growth from 3,000 to over 30,000 members. Erik holds a Master's degree in Christian Leadership from Golden Gate Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Concordia University Irvine.
