Prior roles include serving as a Research Fellow at Sukano, enhancing product functionality, and as a Sealed Air Fellow at Sealed Air Corporation, leading projects on medical and food care product development and earning multiple patents. Dr. Ranganathan’s career began at DuPont as a Materials Scientist, contributing to advancements in optical properties and barrier enhancements. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Engineering from Queen's University and an MSc in Colloid & Polymer Science from Dalhousie University, among others.
