Rachel MacIntosh

Rachel brings 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting to her role as Teammate Success Manager. She started with IntePros in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter supporting one of our largest national clients. Through her hard work and accomplishments, she was promoted to Branch Manager of our Pittsburgh office and then to a Client Service Delivery Lead where she was responsible for overseeing all of our Project Management Office (PMO) engagements. Rachel’s ability to identify talent, build relationships and provide exemplary customer service has led to her success as a top producer and a mentor to other recruiters. Prior to joining IntePros, Rachel worked for Sigma Resources, LLC for five years as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and was also a Division Director for a national medical staffing agency. She graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she received a BA in Communications. Rachel currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA and is an avid baseball fan who loves watching her son play. She also enjoys running, traveling, reading and spending time with her family, friends and Golden Retriever.
