Eduardo Cavallo is an experienced economist with a robust background in infrastructure and energy policy. Currently serving as a Sector Economic Advisor and holding several senior roles at the Inter-American Development Bank since 2012, Eduardo has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies since 2021. Previous experience includes a Vice President position at Goldman Sachs and various roles within the Inter-American Development Bank. Eduardo holds a PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
