Enrique A. Pelaez

Enrique A. Pelaez is a seasoned professional in urban development and policy analysis, currently serving as a Housing and Urban Development General Operations Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank since November 2022. With prior experience at AECOM as a Transportation Planner II and at The World Bank as a Short Term Consultant, Enrique has developed expertise in managing complex projects, enhancing economic analysis of urban infrastructure, and providing strategic support to governments. Enrique's academic background includes a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additional qualifications include an Executive Program in Governance from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and an Undergraduate Certificate in Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam.
