Felipe Munoz Gomez

Felipe Munoz Gomez serves as the Migration Unit Chief at the Inter-American Development Bank since August 2020, following a role as Gerente Frontera con Venezuela at the Presidencia de la República de Colombia from March 2018 to July 2020. Previously, Felipe held the position of Senior Counselor at the Inter-American Development Bank from November 2014 to February 2018, where responsibilities included advising the Executive Director for Colombia and Peru. Other notable experiences include consulting for the Federacion Nacional de Departamentos on an anti-smuggling program, working as a security and strategic relations consultant at Llorente y Cuenca, and directing the Administrative Security Department of Colombia. Felipe's educational background includes a Master's degree in Regional and Urban Planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a degree in Finance and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
