Juan Carlos Cardenas Valero is an experienced Energy and Climate Change Specialist Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank since October 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating technical cooperation for energy storage markets and developing a toolbox for resilience in the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean.
