Juliano Seabra

Juliano Seabra is an accomplished professional with significant expertise in innovation and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of the Knowledge, Innovation & Communication Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank, Juliano leads an innovation studio focused on user-centered design and open innovation. Previous leadership roles include Head of Innovation & New Business at TOTVS and Managing Director of iDEXO, highlighting a strong background in fostering collaboration between startups and corporations. As CEO of Endeavor Brasil, Juliano successfully multiplied the organization's impact in the Brazilian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
