Luis Vasquez

Luis Vasquez, CFA, currently serves as an Asset Liability Management (ALM) Senior Specialist and Portfolio Manager at the Inter-American Development Bank since March 2018. Prior experience includes leading the Investments Department at Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras - FOGAFIN from May 2015 to March 2018 and working as a Portfolio Manager at Banco de la Republica from September 2013 to May 2015. Luis began his career at Banco de la Republica as a Junior Investment Analyst and progressed to the role of Leader Investment Analyst by 2012. Luis holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School (2012-2013) as well as a B.A. in Economics, Finance and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Operations from Universidad de Los Andes (2003-2008).
